The APOTYPOMA collection consists of one-of-a-kind necklaces crafted from vintage gold jewelry, from previous decades. Its primary goal is the upcycling of precious, long forgotten jewelry, giving each piece a new life and a renewed identity.
This composition and construction is inspired by the traditional jewelry of Ioannina. Jordania and harchalia recall the strands of gold coins tha once adorned the head or the chest as part of tradition attire.
Protective amulets, crosses and depictions of the Virgin Mary and Christ interwine to create contemporary one-of-a-kind jewels.
